When I was checking in the manager got a call from another customer that someone else was breaking the motel rules about smoking near the rooms, esp. marijuana. The manager as stop what he was doing (was checking me in), apologies, and took off to deal with the situation. I was very proud of him and his efforts to maintain the integrity of motel as a whole.

Very pleasantly surprised at the condition and cleanliness of the room. Check in was easy and clerk was very pleasant. The price was great especially for just overnight.

The hotel had a wonderful location, with plenty of good parking spaces. It’s right on Route 66, and they were very clear to let me know if I had any problems with their quiet hours or with anything else to let me know, and they would take care of it. I had no problems for them to take care of. The hotel was excellent
