The place is undergoing upgrades and may seem a touch rundown at first.
But the staff and owner are working hard on updating the rooms before turning to exterior hardscaping/landscaping.
Our room was impeccable and freshly redone. Decoration was minimal, but that will come.

Looking at the outside and then walking into the office I wasn't so sure but the room was recently redone and it was obvious that the contractor cared about their work. Finish quality was far better than most hotel we've stayed in. The trim was finished properly and paint was even and cut in properly. All in all a great job. TV was brand new as was the coffee maker and microwave. The only complaint we had were the pillows were too flat but we've found that to be the case in most hotels. A very minor issue. The price was reasonable. Thank you and we would stay here again.
