The hotel has a rustic feel, but my room was modern and super clean on the 4th floor with a small balcony and a beautiful view. There isn't any porter service or bellhop that I saw while there. Hallways are quite long and carpeted, so pulling a full baggage cart could be a challenge for some folks. Maybe help is available upon request? The pool and hot tub looked very nice. I didn't notice any towels available within the pool area. The bar and restaurant were nice, food was good, service a little slow, but that happens, it's a hotel and reservations aren't always made in advance. The hotel is very close to Main Street, but it sits well above it and whether your use the path with steps or the sidewalk and pavers, it's a climb.
