Very friendly, efficient staff - Nathan was particularly fun. Room was clean, and breakfast had a wide variety of choices and quite delicious. Wish the second elevator was working, but we didn't have to wait too long for the one that was - just a bit crowded around check-out. We've stayed here twice, and we plan on doing it again. All-in-all - excellent! Thanks!

It is unfortunate the nightly rate doesn’t include breakfast as the cost of the breakfast is excessive

The toilet seat was very loose and sliding all over. The shower needs something on the floor dangerously slippery. Baseboard was missing small piece by the bathroom.
Breakfast was kind confusing as we were not told when we went in we needed to order omelets or special type eggs at that time, by the time we found out we had to wait quite awhile before the omelet was ready and our other food was already done or cold. Surprising no orange juice on the buffet. Little things but overall stay was enjoyable except at 11:30 when fire alarm went off and no one knew why when firemen got there. People on sixth floor said there alarm in their room never went off.
