although the room was clean, one of the water glasses in the bathroom was chipped and i cut my lip on it. the signage about taking stuff and having it billed to us later was unexpected and strange. i thought breakfast was included but we were charged for it. the staff was polite and professional and union square designer shops were just a block away. it was overall, a good stay. thank you.

It's a beautiful hotel and location is very convenient for everything. You can walk to
Pier 39, the ferry building, or other restaurants nearby easily.
The Garden court for the breakfast is so unique and beautiful.
The breakfast buffet is delicious and the staffs are very helpful.
The bed is very comfortable, the room is spacious. the bathroom is kind of small.
It does not have enough space to put my make up stuffs and a hair blow dryer
We enjoy our short vacation there.

It’s a stunningly beautiful hotel. We took the little history tour and enjoyed the 3 course lunch. The location is excellent for the red bus tour from Union Square, all the high end stores, restaurants, and MOMA. Very comfortable beds and we got a kick out of the robes and slippers. Highly recommend!
