I stated this property to relax before I headed to the airport the next day. Love it the pool and the breakfast. Is 20 mins from the airport. I would definitely return back.

Never saw the gift shop open. However, hotel was very nice, staff genuinely caring, clean room, great view of the poolside bar and courtyard, location good, awesome pool, quiet neighborhood, laundry service and local grocery store and lots of good restaurants within 5 minute walk.

We booked a room here last minute, after realizing the room we originally booked elsewhere was less than ideal, and we had zero regrets with the decision to stay here instead.
We were booked and checked in within about 5 minutes. The room was nice and clean, very quiet, with a great bathroom. Dinner at the bar was decent--not the greatest meal of the trip, but definitely not bad.
The pool was fantastic and open until 10, so we were able to spend a little time in it even though we checked in late in the day.
Breakfast the next morning was plentiful, with the staff frequently bussing the tables and cleaning. The food was great, and overall having it as an option before leaving for the airport was so great.
I would stay here again if I find myself in Cancun, and recommend it strongly!
