The room was nice, the staff was pleasant and helpful. I feel that all the charges after the fact are not fair, all costs should be up front and included when reserving a room. I was charged $75 dollars a day to park my car valet and never moved the car from the time I arrived until the time I checked out, and I did not want to walk 3 blocks to park with my family and luggage. I was charged $13.50 a day for parking tax, $30 a day for a destination fee, $4.79 a day for destination fee tax all on top of the original room price. For a total of $372.80 over and above the original reservation price of $874.78 for 3 night stay!

Very family friendly, great amenities, centrally located so very easy to get to many of most popular spots for tourists, very close to the subway which was very convenient.

Stayed here on an overnight trip. Room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. We did not get a chance to use the amenities but did enjoy having a Starbucks in the lobby. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Would stay again if needed to.
