Stayed for 5 nights whilst attending Mad Cool festival. Swift and efficient check in. Spacious single room overlooking Gran Via. Comfy bed, bathroom with shower over bath and well stocked with toiletries. Plenty of storage in room. Hotel is in great location, about 2mins to Callao metro, less than 5 to both Sol and Plaza de Espana (for airport metro). Most landmarks within 15 mins walking distance from hotel. Highly recommend.

Breakfast is outstanding and a great value. The staff is very friendly. Convenient location. A little bit of noise at night for us as our room faced the main avenue but manageable—nothing that a pair of earplugs couldn’t immediately resolve! We would happily stay at this hotel when visiting Madrid.
