Modern, clean hotel! Rooms were quiet, staff helpful. Complimentary coffee each morning in lobby and happy hour drinks each night! Great stay!

Staff was extremely friendly, coffee station was always stocked with muffins, water and delicious coffee (not your usual weak hotel coffee). Great location and easy, 2 min walk to the TTC station. Restaurant on site, the Fortunate Fox, had the best food. Highly recommend the wagyu bolognese!
Definitely bring a charging block as there are no USB plugs in the room. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

So there are a lot of great things about this hotel, such as the location, the styling, and how quiet it is. But there are little things that could use improvement. For example, if you look at the hallway walls and floor, they are really beat up. The lighting is low so it's not noticeable but if you take a look, it's kinda surprising they would let it look that bad. Another thing is that I think the staff is either overworked or just not properly motivated. Anyone I asked would answer my question or help, but they didn't seem too thrilled about taking time out of whatever they were doing to help me. Last thing is that the bar couldn't make most drinks on the menu on Saturday for the reason of inventory going on at the time. Who ever heard of a busy hotel bar doing inventory on a saturday night?
