nice clean room, very nice staff, very helpful, great location.
Breakfast buffet worth it, really good food.
Didn't try dinner.
Suggest that they could have more of a social bar, that would be a lot of fun for travelers (meaning, maybe set up a table in lobby and sell drinks x 1-2 hrs/night. )
Rooms are small as is typical in Japan, without that much storage space; but, that is a standard thing in nearly all hotels in Japan. Everything works, everything is clean, and the bedding is comfy.

Beautiful property and helpful bathroom amenities. Only one laundry for many guests, fyi.

Shiba Park Hotel was fantastic. The hotel itself was beautiful and the rooms were a nice size. Although I prefer the Japanese style separate shower/bath, the bathroom was nice and there was plenty of room to put makeup, toothbrushes, etc. on the shelves above the toilet so the smaller bathroom wasn't an issue. As a Canadian I like it cold when I sleep and the AC was cold and went down to 17, which is a huge plus!! I would absolutely recommend this hotel!
