Days Inn by Wyndham Indianapolis/Castleton

Very pleasant, had a room opening on short notice, in the rooms were phenomenal!

We travelled to Indianapolis for a two-day concert at Ruoff. Having stayed at multiple Wyndham properties, this hotel was a major disappointment. Compared to the property photos, this missed the mark. There were multiple issues in the room including: missing molding exposing the insulation allowing us to hear the conversation directly next door, no available hangers, the sink was cracked, exposed vent in the bathroom and the shower was questionable as the shower floor felt unsecured. There wasn’t a duvet and the provided blanket was more like a sheet. The mattress had failing springs on one side causing a collapse on that side of the mattress. However, the staff was incredibly helpful when we did not have silverware for take-out going above and beyond to provide what we needed. Be aware of the above issues when considering whether or not to book at this property compared with pricing. Happy travels!

As expected. Staff was friendly. Great price.

It’s fine for what it is. No more no less.
