The Hotel is 98 years old and is still in remarkable condition. The rooms are a little dated, but still outstanding. The parking is good. The beach is outstanding and there is a lot of space so your really not on top of each other. The restaurants are amazing and not overcrowded at all.
The only downside we encountered were the windows in the rooms don't open at all and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.
