The staff is the best part about staying at the Townsend. This is old money. They have incredibly well trained staff and just plain knowledgeable, helpful, and kind people. If you're looking for a great experience in Birmingham, stay here!

Second stay at the Townsend and it was even better. They make you feel special and the hotel is first class. Plus a Michelin-grade restaurant makes this my must stay spot
