SMOKING AREA AT ENTRANCE OF HOTEL! WHY???? ARE WE STIILL IN STONE AGES??? THIS IS THE WAY YOU WANT YOUR GUEST GREETED?? INHALING AND SMELLING LIKE SECOND HAND CIGARETTE SMOKE UPON ENTRY AND EXIT. ARE YOU SERIOUS IHG???!!! SHAME ON YOU.!!!

Hotel was clean and updated. Rooms we equipped with a good hairdryer (not those tiny ones), ample supply of Dove Brand Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Hand Soap and Body lotion. Also provided individually wrapped make-up remover wipes. Good breakfast buffet spread including muffins/bagels/bread, muffins, cereals, eggs, bacon, sausages, french toast, potatoes, yogurts, fruit, etc. Pool isn't very big, but nice to have. Staff was also helpful and friendly. If back in the area, we would stay here again.
