When I checked into my room on Sunday evening, the room seemed cool enough. However by morning the ac was not working. So I called the front desk and within 30 minutes I was given a new room. I did receive compensation for the first night. I appreciated the prompt service.

We thought the overall resort experience was poor. We went there to relax and enjoy the pool and be served food and drinks. There was only one bartender and that person was also the weight staff. One of the days it took an hour and a half to get a food order. It was hard to get drinks. The staff was very nice, but they were very understaffed.

This resort was everything I imagined it to be. Room was beautiful, view of the mountain outstanding, spa was great, staff was amazing. I will be back.
