We got there very late (after midnight) and the parking was confusing and not well marked. Evidently the parking is the responsibility of the city of Wilmington.
The doors to the rooms were very heavy and loud when closing.
Although it was brief there was some running around giggling in the hallways when we finally tried to sleep/.
The beds were extremely comfortable.
All the staff we spoke to, both in the hotel and in the booth for parking were very helpful and courteous.

The facility has been undergoing remodeling construction for some time. I ended up on the recently remodeled 5th floor. The vinyl plank flooring in the room with a carpet overlay around the bed is a nice touch.
