The only thing that would have made it better was the quality of the food in the buffet.

Very family friendly, so many great options in restaurants they have to offer, buffet had alot of options.

Overall we are happy with our stay and would consider staying again. Pros: The kids loved the slide, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. We also loved the slushie’s by the pool, the buffet was great, and I loved that the Deli Crown had juices, coffee and snacks available for in between meals. Cons: The elevators had no AC so it made the rides very uncomfortable. It wasn’t so bad until one elevator broke the last day I was there, so the remaining two were packed with people and body heat making it miserable. The dinner sign up was awful. No one told us when sign up started so the first day I would try multiple times and didn’t understand that it wasn’t broken until we asked. 11am is when registration started and it goes FAST. So we only got to eat at someone besides the buffet once. Then when we were leaving the Mexican restaurant option the guy at the podium was super aggressive about scanning and leaving a review. I scanned and said I’d leave it later and he told me to do it now. I said I prefer not, do I HAVE to do it now? He said yes. He had his phone ready to take a picture of my review too. My guess is that they get an incentive if they have proof they got people to do it, but I won’t be bullied or rushed into it unless you want a 1 star. To make matters worse the restaurant barely had anyone in it, even though so hard to get in. Wifi was also very poor. Bring your own benadryl bc they charge $25 for a box.

Go with your mind open, there will be a lot of situations that happen at the hotel. Like no electricity for a few hours there’s not a lot of variety of food the food it’s the same every day breakfast brunch and dinner to do the reservations for the restaurants. It’s hard to get the reservations unless you have VIP. Depends on the tip you give them waiter that’s how they gonna treat you on the restaurants. Staff wise it’s OK. If you have kids, they don’t care. They have a lot of fun in the parks they have for kids.
