Room was clean and staff was kind. Area was a little suspicious but it worked for 1 night.

We were greeted by Kevin (front desk/Room service he was very friendly, respectful and efficient. We needed couple of missing items in the room and he kindly came right away to replace them.
I would just suggest that outside entrance (cigarette butts) be clean up a little.

Bed comfortable. I have already stayed here 3 times this is my fourth trip.
Close to everything I need good location. Quiet. May need to ask for toiletries. One time no soap in room, but I had my own.
