Large rooms; strong shower; comfortable beds; lots of pillows; nice towels; bathrooms/rooms are old style/dated appearance. Coffee not available in lounge until AFTER restaurant/Starbucks counter are opened at 6:30. The Expedia add tempted you with rooms for ~142$; but in reality the cost was over 200$ out the door. Rather slow elevators. Reportedly self serve laundry room available. Staff in the breakfast area very helpful; front desk staff not very engaging or helpful.

From the moment we arrived, Jamie at the front desk went above our expectations, offering genuinely helpful suggestions throughout our stay. Brian, the bartender, was incredibly personable and made the best martini. And last but certainly not least, Chef Ideyame ensured everything—from our appetizers to the final dish—was exceptional

Everything was great except for the elevators, which were malfunctioning quite a bit. I did have to climb 6 flights of stairs one time! Hopefully they get that under control quickly.

As I entered the building, I was a but lost of where to check in, but I figured it out. Just kept walking straight past a bar and tables and chairs. The person who checked me in was kind, talked a little fast and I had to ask to repeat a couple times. But once I got into the room, it was clean and easy to relax in. I liked the lay out of the room but did not like that the tv was not facing the bed, it was facing the couch. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would stay here again any day.
