Front Desk (Gopi) & housekeeper (Leticia) were very friendly and helpful. Property was ideally situated for easy walking to a variety of areas (Presidio, Palace of Fine Arts, Marina, Restaurants).

We had no hot water for the last couple of days. Reported it the first time it happened and they said it would be looked at but nothing changed. Bit disappointing as it was quite chilly in San Francisco at the time so not pleasant to have a cool shower.

This was the cleanest hotel we stayed at during our trip to the USA. In the morning, coffee and snack bars were available at the reception. Localization was good and safe The only downside was the insufficient number of parking spaces. but overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
