Location, breakfast.

I thought this hotel was beautiful and super quiet. You would never know that Nyhavn is two blocks away. Right on the water with hotel access and only a 10min walk from two different train stations. The bed is SUPER comfortable. My partner and I decided to look up the brand because we loved the mattress and pillows so much. My only minor complaint was the lack of A/C (typical of Europe though) on hot days and the fact that some of the amenities include a fee? The new relaxation pool requires a time slot… not ideal. Otherwise, the gym, access to the water and trains, etc. was top notch. Staff was great too!

Great location, close to everything and nice view on the canal. Clean and surprisingly quiet.
The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.
The breakfast is amazing, there is something for everyone’s taste. And the onsite restaurant is also excellent.
