Overall, I enjoyed this hotel very much. My room was clean and smelled fresh like oranges. The daily housekeeping was wonderful. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Only drawbacks for me - the included breakfast was at Denny's next door - I had to leave extra time in the morning if I wanted to sit down and order. People were friendly and efficient. My other issue was there were typically random people milling around the property throughout the day and evening - I was walking back and forth from the convention center daily and felt a tiny bit uneasy. There were public restaurants and shops on both sides of the property.

This hotel is about a 25 min walk from Disney, and breakfast includes a voucher to Dennys. Overall, the staff was friendly and hotel was great.

Everything was great start to finish! Friendly helpful staff, great clean room, comfy beds, pool/hot tub perfect, daily wonderful breakfast at Denny’s, goodie bags from reception, free coffee/hot chocolate/tea/water from reception - we will definitely return! Great hotel & 5-10 min walk to Disney & Disney Springs. Btw wee tip - go to the Italians a few doors up. The best food at a great price/terrific service from Randy both visits. The Chinese buffet further up was the worst food I’ve ever had & toilets filthy
