the staff here was amazing and super helpful! the food and drinks were great as well. my only complaint is the cleanliness of the reusable napkins, they seemed to be dirty with stains all the time, the towels too.

First impression has always been opening the door and get to smell the room as soon as I walk in. It was a very pleasant feeling to smell the fresh lemony scent. Room was immaculate and I couldn’t get enough of how well kept this place was. Floors are beautiful and house keepers work so hard to keep those floor looking great. Food is delicious and staff is always making sure you aren’t missing anything. It’s very close from the malecon and shopping centers. Everyone at the hotel was very attentive to our needs and made us feel welcome at all times. I got no complaints on anyone and that makes me want to come back and recommend this place to everyone I know.
