From the moment we arrived, the staff at Casa Loma Hotel made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was attentive, helpful, and simply wonderful throughout our stay.
We stayed in the corner balcony room, and the ocean views were absolutely stunning. Waking up to the sound and sight of the waves was unforgettable. The room was beautifully appointed with everything we needed—comfortable, thoughtful, and just right.
The warm cookies served each afternoon were such a simple but memorable touch, and they were absolutely delicious!
Casa Loma exceeded our expectations in every way. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already looking forward to our next stay. We can't wait to return!

Excellent location, views and superb staff! I would say the only negative is they should add a bar on the 4th floor. There's no where to hang out ... just a small Bar in the lobby. It needs a bar/restaurant. The "dining area" is like 4 small tables in the lobby.
