Friendly staff. Not enough check in staff. Great beds and pillows. Our room was well ventilated. Not enough Porters and luggage rollers. Facilities were a bit dated for the price. The disability room was quite a distance from the amenities. We would not return again.

First off the staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was helpful, courteous, and professional. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was the twigs restaurant. All staff worked very hard, but it didn’t seem to be run as efficiently as it could, and in fact, I stood in line for a bit to get breakfast and decided it was gonna take too long, so ended up going to their coffee bar, which was fabulous. Other than that major kudos and thanks to everyone here.
