Very good service and helpful staff but we could not use the spa because of children swimming on Saturday morning..

Location of hotel was perfect . Walking distance to town beach across from hotel . Local bus service available down the coast .
Our room was very nice . Housekeeping , cleaned well and relished daily .
All staff were polite and pleasant .
Breakfast was disappointing . Not displayed well . Request for poached eggs took forever each morning and were like hard boiled eggs by the time they were received . The breakfast layout just looked a mess .

This was our second stay , this time for 2 nights. A warm friendly welcome at reception, quickly booked in and up too our room's. Good well appointed room , clean and comfy. Good food and service in the Martello bar. A great base for visiting Port Lympne animal park and exploring the local area with the added bonus of being a short walk to the seafront and Hythe Town centre.
