Overall an excellent stay. Good breakfast buffet, clean facility and excellent housekeeping.
The facility is undergoing updates and improvements and is a quality place to stay.
The staff was friendly, welcoming, hospitable and professional with one notable exception -- a front desk receptionist, who was cold, rude, unfriendly and generally curt. She made me feel unwelcome and agitated -- while all other staff and hotel guests were polite and friendly. I would give this feedback directly to the hotel, to Hilton, but they have yet to solicit my opinion.

Pool was closed, had to ask to find out.
2 out of 3 staff unfriendly and not helpful, one was helpful but not friendly.
Clean but older hotel, rust, no microwave, 2 of 3 elevators out of order.
Good onsite parking options, great location to Metro
