We were asked if we wanted the room to be cleaned.
Staff were helpful, knowledge and friendly. We didn't use the parking at the hotel but the car park was big and plenty of space.
The hotel was 10 minutes walking distance to the centre, 5 minutes from Central Station and tivoli gardens.

Great breakfast, clean rooms all good. Only minor gripe was inconsistency in cleaning rooms which has to be requested by 11pm the evening before. Some rooms, were cleaned with no request. And no cleaning literally means rooms not checked at all, eg tea not replenished or towels changed. Overall did not detract from stay
