Great location, and lovely Spacious Room.
Local Shopkeeper not very friendly,that's all. Been to Weymouth a lot if times best time yet.

The photos do not do this apartment justice. It is much more spacious than it looks: the sitting room, bathroom, bedroom and kitchen are all separate rooms. It has been modernised extensively and provides comfortable, warm (we visited in October) home-from-home accommodation in a fabulous location on Weymouth's seafront for a very reasonable price. Russell and Mila have spent time and effort on the furnishings and decorations (rather than the more common budget options usually found in self-catering accommodation). They are unusual in Weymouth for not charging a week's rent for a 3-night stay out of season (and many others don't provided free parking either). Instructions to reach the property, details about where the parking can be found etc are sent in advance and are very clear. Russell met us at the property to hand over the keys, show us around the apartment and provide us with a parking permit. There is a loading bay immediately outside where you can unload before driving to the parking area, only a few minutes' walk away. Wifi is provided - we didn't try to stream films but it worked very well for our use. The bed and all chairs are comfortable, towels are soft, hot water is freely available, there is a decent shower, and you can control the temperature of the apartment with a Hive thermostat. The kitchen includes everything you need for preparing simple meals. Tea, coffee biscuits and sachets of milk are provided as well as coca cola in the fridge. This apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift but this is only a problem if you have mobility issues. Russell and Mila live nearby and are easy to contact should you need to do so.
Minor matters but I would have given the property a rating of '10' if the toilet paper hadn't been such poor quality, and a floor lamp had been provided in the sitting room so that there was an option for a more relaxed lighting level in the evening.

Liked the location and sea views, bathroom was newly fitted and a great shower. ,,kitchen was clean, tidy, and enough for cooking meals. Car parking space at the rear of the apartment was great
The net curtains were torn in both front windows, looked scruffy from outside, no hand towel? We didn't use wardrobe as it smelt damp and had black mould in top corner, we were going to put clothes in divan bed draws, but they were not clean very dusty
Light fitting in the main room had 3 light fittings, but only 2 were used the other had insulation tape fitted
