A mio marito è piaciuto molto il televisore (grande) con il divano letto , a mia figlia quello in camera da letto. Tutto nuovo, pulitissimo, tante cose per poter fare colazione, ottima posizione, situata in un posto tranquillo ma vicina al centro di Parma (pochi km). Il proprietario ci ha accolti con entusiasmo e gentilezza.

Appartement propre, bien équipé dans une quartier calme où il y a plusieurs places gratuites pour se garer .
Le propriétaire a été gentil de nous assurer petit déjeuner et café.
Très bonne rapport qualité prix.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean, in a quiet area of Parma. The owner was waiting for us to give us the keys and introduce the accommodation. It took 20-30 min. to get to the old town on foot, but there was also a bus stop nearby. For breakfast there were juices, milk, yogurts, some bread and cakes. We could also drink coffee from the coffee machine (capsules were provided). We did our shopping at Coop, which was a 5 min. walk from our accommodation. The owner was in touch with us and helped us immediately when we had problems with the electricity during our stay. We are very grateful, Elio, for a wonderful holiday in Parma!

L'host è stato sempre molto presente e disponibile per darci consigli e supporto. La colazione era abbondante e ben variegata. L'accesso a casa è stato molto semplice e si trova facilmente parcheggio a pochi passi sulla strada pubblica.
Riscaldamento con climatizzatori molto efficiente
La richiesta dell'host di fare attenzione "a non accendere troppe cose insieme altrimenti salta la corrente" non è il massimo. Devo ammettere che non è mai saltata però in un appartamento in cui tutto funziona con la corrente (scaldabagno, piano a induzione, phon, scaldasalviette elettrico in bagno e riscaldamento) uno sta sempre col pensiero di non esagerare.
Altra cosa la pulizia. L'appartamento nel complesso non era sporco, però c'erano dei dettagli che denotavano come chi ha pulito magari lo ha fatto di fretta. Tipo pelucchi delle pezze sui sanitari, qualche capello qua e là, macchiette sulla rubinetteria, dispenser del sapone per le mani vuoto. Casa non era sporca, ripeto. Però con qualche accortezza in più sarebbe stato meglio.
