Got an upgrade because I was travelling by bike and the former booked one couldn't accomodate the bike, so that was highly appreciated. The studio was rather big and the location is very quiet, in the back of a non crowded street. The complementary free water was highly appreciated.
There was a kitchen (but I didn't use it) and a tiny balcony, although it seems the kitchen was not properly equipped (only with basics)
The communication was overwhelming since you receive messages on both Booking and whatsapp, sometimes telling you contradictory information (since it's been managed by an agency). There was also mold in the shower and internet was not always working properly. There was no blinds, so either you had to completly close the window shutter to have some intimacy, but then you'll lose the natural light.
