unexpectedly plesant very quiet, nice pool and relaxing NO KIDS!
It was very quiet, no children, in a very quiet location. I was looking for cheap place to stay while on a diving holiday and this was perfect and much nicer than a hotel as there were places to dry diving equipement easily.
It was a massive surprise to find out the pool was heatead, ok only to 22, but for Febuary that was perfect for doing lengths and actually the pool is bigger than it looks in the picture.
Oddly we had very high temperatures for February, and I nearly always have to have somewhere with A/C I do not like the heat! But the layout was such that the rear of the property was 1/2 below ground level with windows onto a shady area so even at 27/28C it was quite comfortable and there was a very good over bed fan so slept very well.
Most of the day the place was empty and amazingly for most of my stay I had full netflix on the TV, it supported Apple Air Play so could play films from home and the WiFi was easily 1/2 GB both ways so way better than general hotels...
The kitchen had every thing you needed tiny oven which was quite slow, but enjoyed the little local supermarket with bizzare fish and sea food and found the local Lidl and just enjoyed my 4 days to myself, just relaxing in the apartment, quick swim now and again and just really doing what I can't do at home just watching TV and eating foot I wouldn't normal eat.
I liked the fact that everything was solar powered and there was a strong emphasis to make the apartments sustainable, however this for some people may have cause problem, but really with my 4 off days I had very little intention of just sitting and watching TV... I know sounds a waste I should be out visiting, but the place was so quite and how often do you get to do that at home.. was traveling by myself and Oddly I think I would return.
The instruction for the depost were not 100 percent clear... way, way to many emojis on all of the forms it's confusing and make it hard to read.. would love it if these could be reformated in simple Bold headings, 'How to get in'. 'Location' 'How to find your key box'
It took me about 1/2 hour to get my keys because I was trying the wrong key box.... each apartment has a keyboard on the inside of it's little terrace.. I was picking the lock (I got two numbers right!) to the key safe for the upstarts apartment! ) before bothering to check the apartment I was in.
The hot water may be an issue for some people the water is hottest between 12 and 8pm and plenty ful in February in the summer I suspec the water is hot 24 hours a day.. You could check the temperature on of the water or as for the water to be electrically heated but it was the same for the washing machine which I just avoided.
Bed could have done with a few more pillows. I had to use the towels as pillos and use my own towel in the bathrooom.
A small table light in the main room woulc have been nice it was either super bright light or nothing.
The most annoying thing was the key card for the power, it was not like a normal hotel, you can't shove in your Tesco club card, it had to be the actualy gate key so each time you remembered you needed something in the car you had to pull the car out of the power switch, got to the car, and then restart the TV, turn the bedroom fan on again etc.. it was quite frustrating....
Top tip it's the canaries, if you are drying washing remember to bring the washing in at night, it will get damp over night... have noticed this in La Palma and Gran Canaria...

Pessima casa
Pessima struttura. L'acqua della doccia era gelida per molti giorni, nessun condizionatore, porta d'ingresso rotta qundi durissima da aprire, mobili orrendi di cartone, molta umidità. La struttura si è tenuta 250 euro per danni che c'erano già. (Porta rotta, umidità sui muri, mobili rovinati )

Cobran 200€ de fianza y no la devuelven
Me hicieron pagar una fianza de 200€ que en teoría te devolvían en un plazo máximo de 14 días. Pues bien casi un mes después no me han devuelto la fianza y cuando me he puesto en contacto con ellos me dicen que esque no les había facilitado el numero de cuenta para el reembolso ni les había dado la orden de hacerlo, siendo esto mentira pues en el chat de booking en mas de 4 ocasiones les había facilitado el numero y le habían indicado que debían devolverlo al mismo número desde el que se hacía la transferencia para la fianza. Mucho cuidado con esta gente, como puedan se van a quedar con eso 200€ que por otro lado no sé si son muy legales cobrarlos cuando tu ya cobras la reserva.
