Total disappointment! Cold and dirty!

It's a shame that in such a place there is such a bad apartment with such a bad attitude from the owners

NEVER visit this place, even though the location is very good. No heating, uncomfortable and broken beds and not well cleaned. Bad attitude from the owner and no cooperation from him. We paid for 4 nights. We checked in at 11:30 PM in the apartment, which had an internal temperature of 13 degrees. Provided that they knew we had a reservation for 4 days - they could have turned on the heating at noon on the day of our arrival. The heating, as they informed us, was central, and we did not have access to it. We slept with socks and sweaters. Hot water - if you use one bathroom, the other bathroom cannot be used for a shower. The sheets were torn, and they used to be white. There were missing slats under the mattress and it had fallen out from the legs. The next morning we moved to a hotel and informed the owner that we were leaving. They did not refund us for the remaining three days, even though we had returned the keys. We checked in at Scarlatti Hotel - TOP! I received no assistance from the owner, but threats that we were scammers and I had no right to write reviews. The reasons for leaving were not true, because the apartment was checked and everything was OK. He would have taken them as paid anti-advertisement. NEVER stay here!!! IN RESPONSE TO THE ANSWER-WE DIDN'T LOOK FOR FREE ACCOMMODATION!!! That's why we agreed to charge our card in advance, to pay once again the accommodation and tourist tax In another hotel. You could have turned on the air conditioning a few hours in advance. We were at the Heating and Air Conditioning Exhibition at RHO FIERA Milan (you can check the period of the event) and don't tell me that the air conditioning worked. To someone else, PLEASE! It blows, without heating - that's the model! I have also reported to Booking about the accommodation and your attitude!

Immigration Apartment

Great location relative to Centro / Duomo Plaza and Metro station. Adjacent to places for drinks and snacks.

7 / 10

Location was great, apartment could be great if a few small changes were made.

The location was great. Close to the Duomo, and the neighbourhood itself was really nice. Bakeries and restaurants within feet of the apartment.

Lack of amenities. The apartment has been furnished really nicely but it lacks things to make the stay comfortable. No shelf in the shower, no hooks for towels, no hooks for coats, no toilet roll holders, no bathroom bins etc. The bed in the bigger bedroom needs replacing and unfortunately we experienced really bad sewage smells in the bathrooms.
