I like everything about the hotel. Specifically the aesthetics, cleanliness and vibe. Highly recommended for everyone who are going to visit Amboli and nearby places. Very much satisfied and recommend to all ****

Staff were good (Samruddhi & Alisha Madam were helpful, Mr Deepak Naik server took great care in Dinining Room)
Apologies i missed out other staffs name.... all staff were Polite and helpful
Cleanliness
Food was Good
Overall a good place for Vacation
If i plan next trip to Amboli i will surely staying at your place
Standard room is too small and fit only for 2 person.
No Lift for 2nd floor ie room nos starting from 3XX series.
Bedding (Gaadi) is too soft, please replace it
For place like Amboli the tariff seems a bit expensive and could be made more competitive

The location, cleanliness and hotel management
Everything was good.
One suggestion, since there is no lift the management should ensure that the elderly people are given room on ground floor only

Food was excellent but property is not maintained properly. Roof was leaking. No elevator. Hight of steps is more.
