We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Chateau Schengen.
The location was excellent, and the room was beautiful. We truly felt like kings and queens staying there — it had a special atmosphere that made the experience memorable.
The check-in was absolutely lovely. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. A special thank you to the wonderful lady at reception who personally showed us to our room and explained everything we needed to know. She was incredibly kind and made us feel very welcome from the very beginning.
We also really appreciated the personal touch at check-out. The staff asked how our stay had been, wished us a wonderful day and gave us a warm farewell. The whole experience felt very personal and almost like being welcomed into a family rather than simply staying at a hotel.
The only thing I would improve is the breakfast. There was quite a lot of sweet food, but less choice of savoury options, and we would have appreciated some fresh vegetables as well.
