Le ménage quotidien de l appartement.Et des parties communes..... Le calme. On se sent à la maison.. Et l emplacement de l'hôtel situé au cœur de Lisbonne et j ai adoré le Tramway 28 qui passe juste à côté de l'hôtel ❤️
J'ai apprécié l'emplacement les transports en commun juste à proximité surtout le fameux tramway 28 qui vous arrête juste à côté de l'hôtel.. les cafés et les restaurant bien sûr . ainsi que les petites supérettes.. Et merci à Vitor pour son accueil et ses informations qui m ont été très utiles

Great location close to intendente metro stop that is very well connected to the rest of lisbon. The neighbourhood has many very nice trendy new wine bars, restaurants, and cafes and non of them are touristy, its all locals. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I think, for a budget stay, this is a fair return for the price and a good base for exploring lisbon from if you are on a strict budget and want to avoid the tourist traps.
Standard of cleanliness is not very high for the shared bathroom. It gets cleaned once a day but not a deep clean, e.g the toilet bowl and seats get scrubbed but the cistern and basin remains unwiped, things like this. The shared hand towel was not changed during my stay.
You can hear a lot of the street noises in the room with the balcony door shut, and I can imagine it will get very cold in the winter as it was already pretty chilly and no heater.
