Alles in einem hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt im diesem Appartement. Die Lage ist eigentlich wirklich zentral,auch wenn es auf dem ersten Blick gar nicht so aussieht. In der nähe gibs mehrere Bushaltestellen womit man direkt zum Zentrum oder zum Hauptbahnhof fahren kann. So kann man schnell ganz Catania erkunden. Es gibt in der Nähe viele Supermärkte wie Deco & Lidl, Restaurants und Bäckereien und gleich in der Nähe eine Luxusstraße die Geschäfte wie GUESS und so bittet. Es gab eine gute Ausstattung,somit hatte man eigentlich alles was man gebrauchen könnte. Die Küche ist groß und gut zum kochen geeignet. Wohnzimmer & Esszimmer sind gut gestaltet und bitten eine gute Atmosphäre zum wohnen. Die Betten der Schlafzimmer waren bequem und relativ groß. Die Badezimmer sind ebenfalls groß und sind modern gestaltet und gebaut worden. Es gab einen großen Balkon welcher Sitzmöglichkeit bot und welcher mit einem großen Zaun bzw. Absicherung gezäunt wurde, was für Familien mit kleineren Kindern ein sicheres Umfeld bat. Es gab auch einen Fahrstuhl,so muss man nicht die vielen Treppe überqueren. Der Kundenservice ist relativ hilfsbereit und antwortet schnell bei Fragen. Die Wohnung selbst war gut belüftet, hatte viel Licht durch die großen Fenster, hatte hohe Wände und eine angenehme Temperatur. Die Wohung ist super geeignet für Familien.
Für Späteinreisende wäre es schön wenn es eine Schlüsselbox gäbe.

Very spacious apartment (150m2, felt like luxury for us) with practical shape of rooms. We slept very well. Having breakfast on the large table in the living room was great. The apartment is close to a pretty boulevard (Corso Italia) and located in a more modern neighborhood of Catania.
Nothing too crucial since we helped ourselves in the end but there could be a few more musli bowls, plates and wine glasses.

Generalnie położenie apartamentu jest bardzo dobre. Bardzo przestronny apartament. Mnóstwo miejsca, dwie sypialnie i dwie łazienki stosunkowo eleganckie. Łatwo i szybko można dojść pieszo do do przystanków autobusowych i metra. Można też iść pieszo. Blisko są fajne restauracje i sklep Lidl.
Przedziwny system zdalnej obsługi... "Wonderfulitaly" (WI)....niby fajnie bo wszystko jest opisane...
Przed zameldowaniem trzeba skanować dokumenty, podpisywać jakieś umowy najmu ...niestety napisane po włosku itd. trochę to dziwne i pierwszy raz coś takiego widziałem
Wyjątkowo szybko reagują ...na konieczność opłat: podatek, opłata za późne zameldowanie....gorzej jeśli chodzi o rozwianie problemu...
Najpierw: oberwany front od zmywarki i potłuczone szklane drzwi w piekarniku.., brak ciepłej wody - trzeba było zrestartować boiler - dostałem instrukcje video ale 3-4 godziny stracone na korespondencję i czekanie na pomoc...
Potem okazało się, że nie można jednocześnie korzystać z suszarki do włosów i np. czujnika lub żelazka, zmywarki i pralki, pralki i klimatyzacji itd...bo wysiada prąd...bo jak zostałem poinformowany: " jest ograniczenie w obciążeniu instalacji elektrycznej i nie można ze wszystkiego korzystać na raz"...
Środki czystości mocno reglamentowane....papier toaletowy skończył się po trzech dniach, tabletki do zmywarki chyba 4/tydzień...i to podłej jakości bo niedomywały np. kubków po herbacie. Ale w warunkach korzystania z apartamentu umieszczono zapis, że naczynia muszą być umyte przed opuszczeniem apartamentu!!! itd..
Codziennie jakaś "niespodzianka"
A na koniec ...ostania noc....i karaluch w łazience... Niby jeden....ale ....to już dopełnienie dramatu....potem miałem wrażenie, że mnie wszystko swędzi....
A jeszcze zapomniałem: zdjęcia nie do końca pokazują prawdę ...mocny retusz albo zrobione bardzo dawno temu.
Moja prośba o lekkie opóźnienie check-out została praktycznie zignorowana. Za to dostałem życzenia miłego dnia po wymeldowaniu...
Biorąc to wszystko pod uwagę ocena na B. mocno zawyżona!!!
Krótko pisząc, potencjalnie bardzo dobre miejsce ale WI powinno zdecydowanie poprawić wiele rzeczy ....bo to nie jest Wonderful
