Supermarkets and the metro station were close to the property. My favorite feature was having a adapter in the room. (to charge the phone) The room was clean overall, although there was some dust under the bed. The room size was good, and a family could comfortably stay there. The Thank you!
The downside is that you usually need to make two transfers to get to the tourist attractions you want to visit.

色々あったけれど、施設としてはとても良かったので、また利用させていただきたいです。駅からは10分くらいでした。タイムズは数ブロック内に複数ありました。鍵の受け渡しや宿の詳細など、事前にメールで連絡をもらい、わかりやすかったです。ただ、沢山のお部屋を管理しているのか、全てシステマティックで、こちらがクレームの連絡を入れている最中に、全員宛に送信しているのであろう事務連絡が届いたり、心のこもったやりとりはできませんでした。1番困ったのは、予約完了後に「ID情報を登録しないと宿泊できない」と連絡がきたのですが、その直後にBooking.comの事務局から「スパムメールかもしれないからID情報を送ってはいけません！」と連絡がきて「どっち！？」と困惑し、宿泊前から疲労困憊でした。これはBooking.comと連携して解決してほしい件です。
到着時に念のため部屋中クイックルワイパーをしたら、ベッド下から驚くほどの髪の毛と埃が出てきました。他の場所は綺麗だったのでここだけ毎回見落としていたのだとおもいますが、幼子もいたので気分が悪かったです。それ以外は快適に過ごしました。

性價比適當。環境整理得相當整潔。三人住宿空間足夠。有隔間有余裕的桌椅，我仍可在夜間處理工作，家人則可關上門板入睡，兩個房間皆有冷氣。浴室有乾燥功能，住宿期間連續雨天，仍可以每天洗衣服，一夜就乾爽。
整體建築相當新穎，應該是今年新建落成，用料紮實。收垃圾的倉庫也乾淨。
位置在住宅區，遠離車站週邊的喧囂。我們可以散步感受日本的日常生活與町小路氛圍。
住宿位置鄰近有3間便利商店、1間藥妝店、4間超市、1間錢湯、1個商店街。我們善用蒲田駅東口的高速巴士往返東京迪士尼樂園。
總結是個讓家人滿意的住宿體驗。
第一天較晚抵達，夜裡詢問Wifi 設定方式仍願意快速回覆。感謝經營團隊的用心。
前一位旅客在櫥櫃留下食物的味道、我將所有餐具洗一遍、也自備消臭劑。在第三天時才消掉味道。環境需要大家共同維持。

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped, making it a comfortable place to stay for several weeks. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, within reasonable walking distance of Kamata Station.
Unfortunately, the apartment had not been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival, particularly in corners and less visible areas. We spent the first couple of days gradually cleaning the place ourselves before we felt fully comfortable living there.
Considering the relatively high price compared to a regular rental apartment, I would have expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and greater attention to detail. With more thorough cleaning between guests, the apartment could offer a much better experience.
