Der Service lässt hier zu wünschen übrig.
Das Schlafzimmer war das einzige, was mir gefallen hat. Das ist bis zum Nettomarkt nicht weit war. Ansonsten die Lage ging schon, ich bin der vier Rad gefahren deshalb war das für mich auch kein Problem, dass es ein bisschen weit war bis zum Strand. Gegenüber war auch der Kiefernwald, das fand ich auch toll, die frische Luft die hat schon sehr gut getan.
Mir hat leider die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft überhaupt nicht gefallen. Der Kühlschrank war ausgeschaltet und geschlossen, wodurch sich Schimmel gebildet hatte. Außerdem befanden sich darin noch Lebensmittel. Auch in einem Küchenschrank lagen geöffnete Lebensmittel. Im Badezimmer hingen noch Waschlappen vom Vormieter, die bereits verdorben waren.
Für eine Unterkunft, für deren Endreinigung bezahlt wird, erwarte ich eine entsprechend gründliche Reinigung. Ich musste zunächst selbst reinigen, bevor ich die betroffenen Bereiche überhaupt nutzen konnte.
Besonders erschreckend war jedoch ein Vorfall drei Tage vor meiner geplanten Abreise: Der Vermieter öffnete ohne vorherige Ankündigung die Wohnungstür und stand plötzlich in der Wohnung, während ich gerade duschte und unbekleidet war. Er schloss die Tür sofort wieder, entschuldigte sich kurz und klingelte anschließend.
Als ich die Tür öffnete, fragte er mich, ob ich bereits für die Abreise fertig sei. Ich erklärte ihm, dass mein Aufenthalt bis Samstag gebucht und bezahlt sei und ich selbstverständlich bis dahin bleiben würde. Nach Rücksprache mit einer Kollegin bestätigte sich, dass dies tatsächlich so war. Der Vermieter entschuldigte sich anschließend und erklärte, es habe sich um ein Versehen gehandelt.
Auf meine Frage, was passiert wäre, wenn ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht in der Wohnung gewesen wäre, erklärte er, dass er die Wohnung ausgeräumt hätte.
Dieser Vorfall hat mein Sicherheits- und Privatsphäregefühl erheblich beeinträchtigt. Zusammen mit den erheblichen Mängeln bei der Sauberkeit hat dies meinen Aufenthalt leider sehr negativ beeinflusst.
Ich bin von diesem Aufenthalt sehr enttäuscht und kann diese Ferienwohnung aufgrund meiner Erfahrungen nicht empfehlen.
