£30 pound charge is payment for nothing. We did not break anything.

The size and views from the balcony were good

Being charged no refundable £30 to cover damages. This was day light robbery. The second night the people upstairs were making too much noise and Very loud tv to cover their activities from 2am to 4am . Parking was a pain.

Beautiful view, not so nice flat

The view is incredible! And just a short walk from the pier. Definitely a great location

The property had stains everywhere and multiple damages which for me personally was very bothersome when they are asking for a £300 deposit when such a property is in such a mess anyway There was stains everywhere in the carpet, sofa, chair and not just a stain here and there, it was deep large stains. I also found cans of alcohol left in the bedroom draws and then also food left in the cupboard like rice and chilli sauce which highlights in the terms and conditions to not leave food and keep the place left clean and tidy yet there was stuff left. There is the option for a non refundable £35 deposit but I don’t think that’s fair and money making trick and for people like me who is a clean freak, I would never disrespect a property so refused to pay that. I just feel the photos catfish a high expectation of cleanliness, the rooms are kind of tight for me and the double bed is horrible. So hard and the sofa bed I tried it the first night as I sleep with the tv and there isn’t one in the bedroom and that was horrible too. Basically I booked 4 days / 3 nights and I stayed for 3 days / 2 nights. The communication was prompt but too prompt it felt like I spoke with AI especially as I didn’t get a genuine caring response. I have epilepsy so I have to shower and I nearly slipped out the shower as there is no grip at all in the bath nor grip mat and they brought towels for the floor so I had to repeat what happened and then they mentioned we don’t provide them due to hygienic reasons which I believe to be a lazy excuse. I’ve stayed in flats before and they do use them, they just clean them excessively per customer because they rather have their customer safe. Also the last night the light started twitching horribly and for me with epilepsy which was highlighted to them after the bath incident and they replied that a person would see it when I was out so I could be respected for my privacy. I felt this was a poor excuse. I just couldn’t do it anymore.
