Stay away from Frank Porter: hygiene, professionalism and respect for guests are completely absent.

I rented an apartment in Creek Edge Tower 2 through Frank Porter for five weeks. The apartment itself was attractive and well located, unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of the entire experience. The management by Frank Porter was appalling from start to finish and easily one of the worst rental experiences

I found the apartment heavily infested with cockroaches to a level that clearly indicated prolonged neglect and extremely poor hygiene standards, cockroaches were everywhere, including inside the dishwasher and kitchen cabinets. The apartment was also dirty, with food remnants under the bed and used cotton buds behind the sofa. Despite immediate complaints, Frank Porter handled the situation with complete incompetence and delay. Only after 12 days of constant pressure was pest control finally sent. For almost two weeks I could not use the kitchen at all. I was repeatedly asked to leave the apartment for pest control appointments, only for the teams not to show up. No compensation was ever provided. Things somehow became even worse afterwards. Due to personal circumstances, I needed to extend my stay and contacted Frank Porter three weeks before the end of my booking to secure the apartment. I was repeatedly told the apartment was available and that an agent would contact me shortly. After multiple follow-up emails and repeated reassurances, I discovered, only days before the end of my stay, that the apartment had actually been rented to somebody else. As a token gesture, Frank Porter offered two additional complimentary nights. However, when my original contract expired, they deactivated all access to the apartment, leaving me locked out and unable to enter the property. The entire stay was handled with shocking incompetence, lack of professionalism, complete disregard for the client, and zero accountability. Hygiene issues were severe, communication was chaotic, promises were repeatedly ignored, and no meaningful compensation was ever offered despite the considerable inconvenience and stress caused. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from Frank Porter. A nice view and a good location are meaningless when basic hygiene, professionalism and respect for guests are completely absent.

We didn’t like anything except the view outside!

The apartment had cockroaches everywhere — in the kitchen, on the dining table, in the living room, and in the bedrooms. We noticed them immediately upon arrival, which is completely unacceptable. Check-in was also delayed by about an hour despite being confirmed in advance, leaving us waiting in reception with all our luggage while our baby slept on the sofa.The host did not respond to our messages through the Booking app, the email listed on their website was incorrect, and the company number appeared to be invalid. After four days without any solution, we had to arrange pest control ourselves and keep our two-year-old child out of the apartment due to the chemicals. We were promised professional cleaning the next morning, but the team arrived four hours late, causing further disruption. The problem was not properly resolved because the correct pest control procedure was not followed. Instead of resolving the issue, the host refused a refund and suggested moving us to a lower-standard apartment, referring to their policy. However, this is clearly a serious hygiene and safety issue. Because of the ongoing infestation and unsafe conditions for our child, we were forced to leave early, which effectively cancelled our holiday.

Als wir in Dubai gelandet sind, hat Frank Porter geschrieben, dass wir die Daten erneut übermitteln müssen, sonst kein Check in. Schlecht organisiert. Als wir alle Resepass-Daten erneut übermittelt haben und endlich den Code für die Tür hatten, hat der Code nicht funktioniert. Nach einem erneuten Anruf bei Frank Porter haben wir einen zweiten Code bekommen, der funktioniert hat. Es war Mitternacht und wir waren ziemlich müde und genervt. In der Wohnung haben wir Pool-Handtücher vermisst.
