i don’t like it at all

the property is nice

we asked for a late checkout as soon as housekeeping came it took 30 mins to respond as soon as they said no we packed up and left and went to pool area til our ride ! they called us and said we have to be off premises after spending 750 and holding my deposit !

1 / 10

poor behavior when someone’s spends 750 plus for somewhere to stay

pool is nasty , the beds are hard and squeaky ,

they don’t wanna give me my deposit , saying i late checkout when we asked and they said no and decline and we left , now they don’t wanna return it! they will put you off the loft after your stay in a rushing time manner ! and if you stay til 11:10 they try to keep your deposit !

Nice building, bad area

Trash all over property. Pool area full of leaves. Apartment for 6 people, we had 2 wash clothes, no top sheets on 2 beds, no blanket on the third bed. Glasses for 4 people, we had 6. No elevator and we were on the second floor. No kitchen towels or dish cloth. Couldnt get 2 of the TVs to work, only 1 remote for the apartment, no remote for living room TVs or 2 of the bedrooms TVs. Microwave was filthy, stove was filthy.
