The apartment does not meet any basic standards of safety, comfort, or respect for guests.

-

This was a terrible experience. Let’s start with the most serious issue: there was a major plumbing problem - water was constantly leaking from the pipes and flooding the neighbors downstairs. People from the lower apartment even came to us directly to complain and find out what was happening. We were forced to explain a situation we had nothing to do with. The hosts were aware of the issue, but responded irresponsibly. Then came the worst part: the host wrote to us asking to enter the apartment with a technician. We clearly said “no” and also offered a specific time when it would be convenient for us. Despite that, she entered the apartment without our permission while we were not there. This is a serious violation of privacy. We had left personal and valuable belongings inside, and we have no guarantee that she didn’t go through them. If you’re okay with someone having access to your luggage, documents, and jewelry without permission — feel free to book this place. But we strongly advise others to stay away. Now, the full list of problems: 1. There was no bedding for the sofa. It was only brought after we specifically requested it. 2. A dirty towel from previous guests was left on the sofa. This is simply unsanitary. 3. There were leftover food items in the fridge. Clearly, the apartment hadn’t been properly cleaned. 4. The sofa was in terrible condition — it creaked loudly, wobbled, and was almost falling apart. It was impossible to sleep on it. We had to sleep on the floor. 5. The bathroom smelled strongly of sewage. The entire apartment was damp and musty. 6. The balcony was extremely dirty — covered in thick, black dust. We had to clean it ourselves. 7. The kitchen had only one old pot. We asked for another one — we were completely ignored. We asked the hosts for a partial refund to compensate for all these issues, but they refused We do not recommend this apartment to anyone.
