We absolutely loved our stay at the villa! It was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with excellent facilities. The beds were extremely comfortable, the water pressure was fantastic, and the living room had a wonderful, comfortable seating area where we could relax. The villa is also conveniently located close to Kalkan town centre, although we had a rental car, which made getting around even easier. Overall, a beautiful and very comfortable place to stay!
There are just a few minor things worth mentioning.
First, there is a nightclub quite close to the villa, so the main master bedroom, which offers the best view, can be a little noisy at night. This might be an issue for light sleepers, although personally, it didn’t bother me at all.
Second, there is a tall tree belonging to a neighbouring property that blocks around 50% of the beautiful view from the master bedroom. However, Mustafa, the owner, mentioned that the tree is expected to be removed in the spring.
The Wi-Fi connection was reliable and worked well throughout our stay, although the speed could be improved. I believe it was below 100 Mbps, so a faster connection would definitely be a nice upgrade.
Lastly, since we visited in October, the swimming pool water was extremely cold, even in the middle of the day. I think adding a pool heating system would make a huge difference, especially for guests visiting outside the summer months.
That being said, the first two points are completely beyond Mustafa’s control, and none of these minor drawbacks took away from our overall experience. The villa was absolutely wonderful, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay. I would happily book it again without hesitation if I ever return to Kalkan!

Wir waren mit unserer Familie in dieser wunderschönen Villa und sind rundum begeistert. Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit und Hygiene. Alle Handtücher waren sauber und haben wunderbar frisch geduftet, ebenso die Bettwäsche. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Auch die Betten waren sehr bequem und insgesamt war die Villa äußerst komfortabel.
Die Bäder sind extrem modern, neu, geräumig und sehr gepflegt. Auch der Außenbereich ist wunderschön und durchdacht aufgeteilt. Der Pool war stets sehr sauber und wurde jeden Morgen kontrolliert und von eventuellen Insekten befreit, die über Nacht hineingefallen waren. Die Terrassenmöbel waren ebenfalls sehr gemütlich und bequem – perfekt zum Entspannen.
Ein besonderes Lob geht auch an die sehr netten und herzlichen Gastgeber. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen wurde uns sofort geholfen. Außerdem haben wir tolle Tipps für Aktivitäten und Unternehmungen bekommen.
Wir sind wirklich begeistert von der Villa und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit mit unserer Familie. Wir können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! ❤️

The pool was a life saver in 35 Degrees the villa is simply perfect everything you could want its 5 mins in a taxi from the village centre (TL300) so not an issue. The host Mustafa and his wife are simply the best, he said just whatsapp me anything there are no stupid questions which came in Useful a few times, the View is just spectacular everywhere at the Villa is spotless. The Air con is brilliant and works very well. Its really a home from home. All in all the grandkids son his wife and my wife all loved it.
Kalkan is a really special place and the Villa Ekinoks made this visit even more special
