I was looking for a quiet place near Khaosan Road to stay with my kids. Except for the day it rained heavily and water leaked from the wall, everything else was satisfactory.
It was about a 20-minute walk to the famous Grand Palace, and we could also easily access Khaosan Road—though Khaosan Road turned out to be the most disappointing part of this trip. The food there was the worst, making me seriously question its Google reviews.
However, on the way walking from the hotel to the Grand Palace, there were so many cheap and delicious local restaurants, which made me extremely happy. I would love to book this accommodation again just to visit those restaurants once more.
There was a laundromat just a 2-to-3-minute walk away, which was super convenient to use. Highly recommended!
Starting at 5 AM, there was a continuous beeping sound from the adjacent building, like buttons being pressed. Since it was early morning, the noise was really bothersome, and I was the only one in my family who woke up every day. If you're a heavy sleeper, it might be fine, but for me, it was quite stressful.

The property was comfortable and in a good location in Bangkok. A 711 was nearby which made food and necessities accessible. The caretaker was really lovely. She kept our rooms clean daily - replacing towels and fixing the room. They gave free water too. The cafe was also super convenient and served really good food. There’s also a laundry shop nearby. So many locations and attractions nearby which you can walk or easily commute to.
The location is in a sketchy part of town, with “activities” going on at night.

Good location, close to a 7/11 and walking distance to khao san road and other popular places like the Grand Palace. The owner was extremely lovely!
Very noisy, earplugs were supplied but weren’t overly helpful. Set on a small side-street where night workers congregate however this is of no fault of the hotel owners obviously. The room is also very small, but it works as a place to sleep of course.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and shower was good.
Location. Great for being central but whatever was next door was very noisy. They provide ear plugs which are deffiantly needed. Bar/hostel across the road also noisy. None of this the accomdations fault I know but deffiantly to be aware of before you book.
