A nice place and warm welcome, much improved apparently with the new owners.
Comfortable, and clean. Food was very good.
Quiet, especially overnight after the pub below had shut.
On-site parking was not available, but affordable paid parking was close by and free overnight.
Price, whilst similar to or better than some other properties in the area, still seemed higher than up north, however it was a busy time, holiday area, & high season, so probably fair.

Breakfast okay. Good position in main street. Car park nearby.Quality of pub and accommodation didn't live up to price.
More breakfast. Dated furniture and fittings.
