Staff went above and beyond. We had a last minute problem and had to book this property late in the evening. Oracio stayed late to check us in, helped us with our luggage and gave local recommendations. The room was spacious and the hotel has been renovated to nicely marry the modern with the charm of the old architecture. The bathroom had a large shower and was completely new which is hard to find. If you have a car you will likely have trouble parking.
