The best location possible with a nice host but access to somewhat private bathroom via shared hall.

The location is amazing! The host is very nice and fast to respond our questions

1.the main issue is the bathroom that is located in the shared space with another apartment: literally the shared hallway with another rental apartment where there are always new people. The bathroom is reserved for our use only but we can’t leave the door from our apartment open during the night to freely use the bathroom as we would leave it with free access for strangers. This was not advertised anywhere. Super inconvenient. 2.the second issue was broken AC, but is was understandable - appliances do tend to break and it does take forever to repair sometimes.
