The room was clean, appliances like dishwasher , full kitchen and big fridge was ideal for the 12 days we stayed at Manila, it had a everything that was needed for my family.
Our agent or host Marj was very accommodating and responsive, during check in with reception, when we requested an extra guest to stay and during check out.
The pool is not available over the weekends, only for residents.
The hotel reception staff could be more helpful advising where to direct our grab(uber) driver for easy pick when we have excessive luggage, we had to work it out for ourselves.
