Great apartment, extremely thorough instructions, responsive and very kind hosts

Location was perfect in the centre of old town and great cafe/bar underneath

Location and host were fantastic, would definitely stay again if in the area.

Excellent location. The host, Rose, was great. She met us at train station in the rain, drove us to apartment and brought luggage from car to apartment in the rain. The apartment was immaculate. Bed was large and comfortable. Good shower with plenty of hot water and pressure. Private elevator that took us directly to the apartment. We are in our 80’s and greatly appreciated all she did for us. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Grosseto. If we could rate higher than 10 we would do so. Pictures do not do justice to cleanliness.

Loved everything

Fantastic apartment, perfectly located in a lovely town.

Very comfortable, well equipped apartment. All the extra bits needed for a really ‘home from home’ experience. Choice of 3 coffee making options just shows how much thought has been put into making the stay in the apartment really easy. Rosy couldn’t have been more helpful, providing any extra information we required. Many thanks.

Nothing.
